PRESENTATION: Hilleño Steve Justrich will discuss Jane’s Walk, a movement of free, citizen-led walking conversations inspired by Jane Jacobs. The annual May event encourages people to share stories about their neighborhoods, discover unseen aspects of their communities, and use the art of walking as a way to connect with neighbors. Jane’s Walk would like to explore collaboration with NHNA. Steve has created a Nob Hill walk which you can see at https://gentleartofwandering.com/walk/

– We currently have 5 directors. Our bylaws call for a minimum of 6 and allow the board to appoint directors to serve until the next annual meeting to get to that number.

– How can NHNA advance progress on the 3715 Silver Ave. Green Storm Water Project? Sponsors indicate they will be ready to go out for public input spring ’25.

– Participatory Budgeting by Councilor Rogers for her $1.5 M discretionary capital improvement funds
