PRESENTATION: Developer of Wellesley at Silver has provided this written update. They have indicated willingness to meet in person at a later date.

Hello Nob Hill neighbors! We are the Cohen family and the developers of the project at Wellesley and Silver Avenue. As developers with deep ties to Albuquerque, we are excited to bring a new multi-family project to Nob Hill. We engaged two local consulting firms, Hartman + Majewski Design Group and Consensus Planning, to help us design a project that reflects Nob Hill’s character and sense of place, combining contemporary design with local influences and New Mexican design sensibilities.

We presented our conceptual design to a group of neighborhood representatives in 2022 at Design Group’s office on Vassar. The project includes 40 units in buildings that range from 1 to 3 stories. Our spacious apartment homes offer style and functionality, with views of the Sandia Mountains and abundant natural light. Communal areas, including landscaped courtyards, are designed for both socializing and relaxation. Sustainability is also a key focus, with eco-friendly sustainable materials and energy-efficient appliances.

Our family aims to create a community that values culture and connection. We’re excited for you to see how our new project complements Nob Hill’s unique charm. Stay tuned for more updates as we share our progress.
