-Introductions; All present are invited to share ideas and concerns

-Establish quorum; the board has 11 directors; 6 constitute a quorum

URBAN PLANNING MATTERS; ZONING HEARING EXAMINER REQUESTS;  4200 Roma NE, Terrel and Mary Rhodes request a wall permit major in the street side yard, VA-2022-0010. 

NEW BUSINESS Discuss and approve article list for Fall Newsletter

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

-Pedestrian Study; Public Outreach June 22, 6:30 pm, Historic Lobo Theater; Should NHNA apply any of the event budget of $600 not used on refreshments to purchase tree(s) as door prizes?

-Should NHNA organize small-scale free public programs or events in city parks such as picnics, performing arts, recreation, movie, or cultural events under CABQ Neighborhood Park Activate program?
