-NHNA rep’s 10/24 meeting with IRS to determine what reports, if any, we need to make to them.

– We now have 4 directors. Our bylaws call for 6 and allow the board to appoint directors to serve until the next annual meeting to get to that number. What steps should NHNA take?

-Adding/deleting people from Basecamp

-Should NHNA contribute $200 to the NHNA/Monte Vista Church Care Kit Project?

-Vendor for NM Register plaques has raised price from $285 to $495 plus shipping. How should we proceed with the drawing for 3 plaques that was planned for this meeting?

-Do we need to be setting up and planning our next outreach event?

-Update on 3715 Silver Ave SE Stormwater Infrastructure and Planting Project
