– We now have 4 directors. Our bylaws call for 6 and allow the board to appoint directors to serve until the next annual meeting to get to that number. What steps should NHNA take?

-Vendor for NM Register plaques has raised price from $285 to $495 plus shipping. How should we proceed with the drawing for 3 plaques that was planned for this meeting?
