UNFINISHED BUSINESS

– After action discussion, Annual Members’ Meeting

-Library Moveable Feast liquor license hearing; report

-NHNA rep’s will meet IRS 9/24 to determine what reports, if any, we need to make to them.

NEW BUSINESS

– We now have 4 directors. Our bylaws call for 6 and allow the board to appoint directors to serve until the next annual meeting to get to that number. What steps should NHNA take?

-Election of officers for board of directors

-Adding/deleting names from Basecamp
